Concessions Operations Manager

DENVER, CO

About Us

Peak Beverage is a full-service bar catering and concessions company delivering unforgettable beverage experiences at events across Colorado. From large music festivals to bustling street markets, we bring the bar—staff, product, and style included. As our Concessions Division continues to grow, we’re looking for a sharp and driven individual to take ownership of day-to-day event coordination and operational execution across our public-facing concession activations.

About the Role

Based out of our Denver office, the Concessions Operations Manager plays a central role in the planning and execution of concession-style events—particularly those with guest counts under 1,000. This role collaborates across multiple departments (purchasing, marketing, warehouse) and acts as the lead on small-to-midsize client accounts, ensuring each event is logistically sound, on-brand, and operationally smooth.

You’ll also help manage sponsor activations, staffing plans, and post-event reporting. This is a fast-paced, collaborative position perfect for someone who thrives in the world of events and operations, and who enjoys keeping chaos at bay through tight planning and solid communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and logistics for small-to-midsize concessions events (under 1,000 guests)
  • Act as point of contact for assigned client accounts from planning through execution
  • Coordinate cross-department communication to align on event timelines, deliverables, and needs
  • Create event-specific documents including staffing plans, inventory lists, and run-of-show timelines
  • Manage sponsor logistics and ensure fulfillment of branded deliverables
  • Support on-site execution for Colorado events, maintaining Peak standards of service and compliance
  • Track and analyze post-event data related to staffing, product mix, and sales to improve efficiency
  • Assist with equipment tracking and occasional inventory checks

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, concessions, hospitality, or operations
  • Experience managing vendor, sponsor, or client relationships
  • Prior involvement in high-volume events, festivals, or public-facing service operations
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and event equipment logistics
  • Experience setting up and using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication across teams
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Trello)
  • Process-oriented with an eye for improving systems and workflows
  • Ability to analyze post-event data (e.g., sales, staffing, product mix) to identify improvements
