Peak Beverage is a full-service bar catering and concessions company delivering unforgettable beverage experiences across Colorado and Texas. From music festivals to weddings and branded activations, we bring the bar—staff, product, and service flair included. As we further expand into the San Antonio market, we’re seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to develop long-term relationships with venues, planners, and event producers who can grow with us.
About the Role
The Strategic Partnership Manager will be the connector between Peak Beverage and key players in the San Antonio event ecosystem. This is a hybrid role that blends outbound lead generation with ongoing account development and relationship management. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships that drive consistent, qualified event opportunities to our pipeline—whether that’s a venue referring us for weddings, a festival organizer needing a beverage partner, or a brand planning a pop-up activation.
You’ll take the first swing in prospecting, and you’ll also stick around to deepen those relationships, ensuring long-term alignment and mutual success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with venues, planners, producers, and corporate clients across the San Antonio and Central Texas region
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic partner relationships—from lead generation, pitching, and negotiating to onboarding and ongoing account management
- Represent Peak Beverage at tastings, networking events, venue tours, and industry gatherings
- Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, referral programs, and partner toolkits
- Work cross-divisionally to ensure a smooth client handoff and consistent service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of partner outreach, pipeline status, and engagement activities in our CRM, HubSpot
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to nurture long-term business connections
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a track record of driving results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools, outreach platforms, and sales pipeline tracking
- Knowledge of or network within the San Antonio hospitality/event industry a strong plus
- Bonus: prior experience in event services, catering, alcohol/beverage, sponsorship sales, activation, and venue sales
